By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application developed by AppBelieve Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our apps.

These Terms apply to all apps published under the AppBelieve Studio developer account on Google Play.

2. Use of the App

You may use our apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Modify, copy, sell, or distribute app content without permission
• Use the app for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities
• Bypass any technical protection or security mechanisms

3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, wallpapers, UI assets, and other content within the apps are owned by AppBelieve Studio or licensed for use.

You may:

• Set images as wallpapers
• Download images for personal use (if the feature is available in the app)

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish downloaded content
• Use app content in commercial projects
• Upload app content to other apps or platforms

All intellectual property rights remain with AppBelieve Studio and respective content creators.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases such as:

• Premium image packs
• Unlimited downloads
• Ad removal
• Exclusive features or content

All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store payment information.

4.1. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play. Users may request refunds through:

5. User-Generated Actions

Some apps allow users to download images or save wallpapers. These actions occur locally on your device. We do not collect or upload your photos or storage content.

6. App Permissions

Certain features may require permissions such as:

• Storage Access — to save images or set wallpapers
• Internet Access — to load content and display ads

We only request permissions necessary to provide specific app functions. Details are fully disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate trusted third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob
• Google Ads
• Firebase
• Google Play Billing

These services operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

8. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted app operation
• Error-free performance
• Availability of specific images or content indefinitely

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppBelieve Studio is not liable for:

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app
• Loss of data, device issues, or technical failures
• Third-party actions, ads, or external links

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
